SMS Messaging Terms

Breeze Market (operated by Monkeytail Studios, LLC) is a marketplace for fresh, small-batch food sold through smart refrigerated pickup fridges. This page describes the text-message (SMS) program we run through our messaging provider, Twilio.

Account & order messages (transactional)

When you enter your mobile number to sign in or check out on Breeze Market and tap “Send verification code,” you agree to receive account and order text messages (SMS) from Breeze Market. These messages are required to use the Service and include:

  • One-time verification codes to sign in;
  • Order receipts and confirmations;
  • Pickup codes, pickup updates, and pickup reminders.

Consent to receive these texts is obtained directly in the sign-in / checkout flow, at the point where you enter your phone number — it is not bundled into acceptance of our Terms or Privacy Policy. These messages are sent from 833-902-5200. Example messages:

  • “Your Breeze Market verification code is 123456”
  • “Breeze Market — Sunrise Provisions receipt … Total: $25.04. Thank you for your order!”
  • “Breeze Market: Order confirmed for Summer Soups Drop. Pickup code 42XA. Wed, Jul 3 4:00–6:00 PM · Downtown Fridge.”

Drop alerts & offers (marketing)

Separately, you can opt in to recurring marketing texts — drop alerts, news, and special offers from the sellers you follow on Breeze Market. You opt in by following a seller (after verifying your mobile number) or by enabling marketing texts in your account settings, and you agree to receive promotional messages from those sellers at that point. This opt-in is optional and is never required to place an order or use the Service. These messages are sent from 833-902-5204. Example messages:

  • “Sunrise Provisions: Summer Soups Drop is about to open! Order now: breezemarket.app/… Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • “Sunrise Provisions: last chance for Summer Soups Drop — ordering closes Wed 5:30 PM. breezemarket.app/… Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • “Sunrise Provisions has sent you a message: 15% off this week with code SUMMER15. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message frequency

Account and order message frequency depends on your sign-in and ordering activity. Marketing message frequency varies. In all cases, message and data rates may apply.

Opting out & getting help

Opt-out is per number. Reply STOP to the marketing number (833-902-5204) to stop promotional texts, or HELP for help — this does not affect the account and order texts you need to use the Service. You can also manage marketing texts from your account settings. Reply STOP to the account and order number (833-902-5200) to stop those texts, but because sign-in codes are delivered by SMS, doing so may prevent you from signing in or completing an order.

Privacy

We do not sell your phone number, and SMS opt-in consent is never shared with third parties for their own marketing. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
